Thank you for visiting and shopping at The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping & Return Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses ships to addresses and P.O. boxes within the U.S. We do not currently ship to U.S. Territories or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Please ensure correct "ship-to" address, as we cannot modify shipping addresses in any way after they leave our distribution center.

Customs, Duties and Taxes does not currently ship outside the United States and as such, is not liable for customs duties and taxes.

Damages is not liable for any products lost during shipping. If your order was lost, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. It is the customer's responsibility to inspect and report any defects, shortages, returns or exchanges to Bush’s Beans Consumer Relations within 30 days after delivery by phone, 1-800-590-3797 or by email,

Return Policy

Merchandise can be exchanged or refunded within 30 days after delivery. If clothing, it must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with all original tags and packaging. Shipping charges for the initial purchase are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return postage. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned apparel does not fall within the previously listed criteria and will ask you to pay to have it returned to you.
